Garry McCubbin received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Washburn University in 1981, where he served as Associate Editor of the Washburn Law Journal. After serving a judicial clerkship with the Kansas Court of Appeals (1981-83), Garry served as Counsel for the Federal Land Bank of St. Louis (1984-90). He has been in private practice since 1990, concentrating in real estate law. Garry is a co-founder of the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN). Garry is a co-owner of Insight Title Company and KMC Information Systems LLC (producers of CaseAware® law firm case management software). Garry is a member of the Kansas Bar, Missouri Bar, Nebraska Bar, and the Bar of the U.S. District Courts for the District of Kansas, Nebraska, and Eastern District of Missouri, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th and 10th Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Sara Fievet Knittel has been a licensed attorney since 2002. Sara is a Member of the firm and the Compliance Attorney at Kozeny & McCubbin, where she manages the legal compliance processes of the firm and also oversees the foreclosure, eviction and title resolution departments. She received her Bachelor of Journalism degree with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. Sara is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, the Kansas Bar, the Nebraska Bar and is authorized to practice in the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Missouri, U.S. District Court Western District of Missouri, U.S District Court District of Kansas and the U.S District Court District of Nebraska.
