Clinton P. Woerth
has been a practicing attorney in private practice since 2000. Mr. Woerth spent one year in general practice in rural Kansas prior to relocating to the Kansas City area and has since concentrated his practice in the areas of general business representation, commercial litigation and creditors' rights including experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, condemnation, mechanic's liens, collection, title litigation, TILA, RESPA and FDCPA litigation. Mr. Woerth presently manages the firm's litigation department and has handled all stages of litigation within the firm including both bench and jury trials.

Mr. Woerth earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political science and dual minors in sociology and criminal justice from Washburn University, Summa Cum Laude, in 1996, and his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn Law School, with honors, in 1999. He is a member of the Kansas Bar, Missouri Bar, U.S. District Court for the Districts of Kansas, Western District of Missouri, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
