Nancy J. Stokley has been a licensed attorney and has served as an associate for Kozeny & McCubbin, L.C. since 2003. Nancy practices in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy and litigation.

Nancy received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from St. Louis University in 1999, magna cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Washington University School of Law in 2002.

Nancy is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the District of Kansas, the District of Nebraska, and the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of Illinois. Nancy was a member of the Mortgage Workgroup Committee for the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees in 2006 and 2007, and a member of the Local Rules Advisory Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for Eastern District of Missouri in 2007. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
