Jerry Morgan has been a licensed attorney since 2003, concentrating in creditors' rights, real estate litigation, title issues, foreclosures, quiet title suits, and construction disputes.

Jerry received his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies in 1991 from York College in York, Nebraska, his Masters of Educational Administration in 1997 from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and his Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from Washington University in St. Louis.

Jerry is a member of the Missouri Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Illinois Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, and the Nebraska Bar.
