Garry McCubbin has been an attorney since 1981. After serving a judicial clerkship with the Kansas Court of Appeals (1981-83), Mr. McCubbin served as Counsel for the Federal Land Bank of St. Louis (1984-90) where he was responsible for regulatory compliance and litigation. He has been in private practice since 1990, concentrating in creditors' rights and real estate law. His experience includes foreclosures and bankruptcies, TILA and RESPA litigation, regulatory compliance and related litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, state and local tax law, and appeals.

Mr. McCubbin is a co-founder of the American Legal & Financial Network (AFN), and is a co-owner of Bankers & Lenders Title.

Mr. McCubbin received his Juris Doctor decree with honors from Washburn University in 1981, where he served as Associate Editor of the Washburn Law Journal.

He is a member of the Kansas Bar, Missouri Bar, Iowa Bar, Nebraska Bar, U.S. District Court for the Districts of Kansas, Nebraska, Eastern District of Missouri, Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
