Wesley T. Kozeny has concentrated primarily in representing the mortgage banking industry since 1987 in the areas of creditors' rights, title litigation, foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions, condemnation and mechanic's liens. Additional practice areas have included representation of commercial real estate owners and developers in transactional and title matters; commercial and residential landlord-tenant; commercial and retail collection litigation. He is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska. In addition, Mr. Kozeny is a co-owner of Bankers & Lenders Title serving the 5 state region mentioned above. Bankers & Lenders Title is a full service title agency offering origination and REO title products as well as integrated cradle-to-grave services.

Mr. Kozeny is a co-founder of the American Legal & Financial Network (AFN). He is a regular speaker at both local and national industry events. He has published numerous articles in industry periodicals.

Mr. Kozeny received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984, and his Juris Doctor degree in 1987, both from Saint Louis University. He is a member of the Missouri Bar, Illinois Bar, Nebraska Bar, Iowa Bar, the U.S. District Court Eastern and Western District of Missouri, U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Districts of Northern and Southern Iowa and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
