Elizabeth C. Jones joined Kozeny & McCubbin in August, 2009, where she handles collection matters. Prior to joining Kozeny & McCubbin, Elizabeth served over 6 years as in-house counsel for one of the country's largest lenders. Her creditor rights experience includes collection, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1993 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1997.

Elizabeth is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, and is authorized to practice in the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Missouri.
